As you are hearing in the media, the housing market is starting to recover, and DC is way ahead of the national curve.  These stats certainly confirm that – almost every category has increased compared to the same time one year ago.  The only statistic that is lower today than it was last year is average days on the market, which has been cut by more than half from 110 to 51.
