Effective Sept. 29, 2014, Jenny’s Asian Fusion will be closed to prepare for its move to 650 Water St. SW (previously the Channel Inn). We make this bittersweet announcement with both sadness and excitement as we say goodbye to our current location but hope to begin the new chapter of Jenny’s on Southwest’s waterfront soon. Since 1983, Jenny’s has called Southwest DC our home and our customers are our family. Jenny’s is proud to have been a part of not only our customers’ biggest moments – from first dates, to weddings, to children, and everything in between – but also our own as we consider Jenny’s the living room where countless holidays were spent, our family grew up, and even where our daughter was married. Thank you to all of our loyal customers, friends, and family who have supported Jenny’s for over 30 years!
Most importantly, we are sincerely grateful to our dedicated employees for all of their efforts and hard work over the last three decades. We hope many of these employees will have the opportunity to rejoin us after our transition to a new location on the waterfront.
Please join us in the next two weeks for a celebratory send-off, including a closing party on Sept. 27. We hope you’ll stop by, raise a last glass with us, and send Jenny’s off in style!
