Dear Evan Hansen stars Ben Platt, best known for starring as Benji Applebaum in Universal Pictures’ smash hit Pitch Perfect. (Platt reprises his role in Pitch Perfect 2, which was released in May.)

The story revolves around Evan, who has high hopes for a perfect life if a letter and a lie don’t spoil it!

Steven Levenson, Michael Greif, Benj Pasek, and Justin Paul discuss the artistic process behind the creation of a new musical. The conversation will be moderated by Peter Marks, chief theater critic at The Washington Post, and followed by an opportunity for questions from the audience.
