We are starting to see just a bit of pull back as a handful of numbers are down. One might suggest that the rising interest rates could be the case for the adjustment. If you look deeper into the numbers you will see the units sold is almost identical to this time last year. In general the SW market is still moving very well. It will be very interesting to see what the fall market trends might suggest.
