Circuit, the electric shuttle ride-sharing program serving Southwest DC, is offering free rides to eligible DC residents through its RideWell program.
Neighbors can demonstrate their eligibility with an EBT Card, a discounted utility bill dated in the last 30 days, SSI/SSDI Statement of benefits, Medicaid Card, or VA Letter.
