The ice skating rink at The Wharf slid back into action on Nov. 22, and will remain open until Feb. 25. It is a cashless facility, first-come first-serve (no reservations are accepted). Regular hours of operation are:
Monday-Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: 4 – 10pm
Thursday-Friday: 4 – 10pm
Saturday: 12 – 10pm
Sunday: 12 – 8pm
Adult admission is $13; Youth under 12 years of age are $10; and seniors/military are $11. Skates are available for rental at additional cost.
The Wharf Ice Rink is located at 970 Wharf Street SW, Washington, DC 20024 on Transit Pier. Purchase admission and rent skates at the Skate Shop, located on Transit Pier next to the Water Taxi ticket office.
