After the Randall pool was closed for the season, it was opened on Sept.12 for Doggie Day Swim. Many of the dogs were from the PAWS of SW group, founded to build and maintain the off-leash dog park at Lansburgh Park located on Delaware Ave., between M St. and I St. SW. See www.pawsofsw.org.
