Everyone in the community is invited to come join in the fun and have a scoop (or three!) of the best ice cream DC has to offer. Don’t travel far, just come on over to 301 Water St. SE in Navy Yard (by the cool bridge) and chat with your neighbors. Don’t worry, even if it’s cold Ice Cream Jubilee has great coffee and hot cocoa. We hope to see you there!
