ANC 6D Commissioners Andrea Pawley and Rhonda Hamilton are seeking public input on community concerns related to the ongoing renovation of the Safeway at 1100 4th Street. The Commission has heard numerous community concerns about Safeway, which is a vital part of Southwest.
Hamilton and Pawley will be collecting community input about service levels and concerns inside the store, as well as working with Commissioner Bruce Levine and local authorities and groups to identify ways to improve conditions outside of Safeway.
If you would like to share your thoughts about service levels and service quality inside the store, please contact Commissioners Hamilton (6d08@anc.dc.gov) and Commissioner Pawley (6d04@anc.dc.gov). Community concerns will be brought back to Safeway management for discussion and a plan to address issues.
