Carron Baptist Church and the Metropolitan Police Department’s 1st District are working together to serve the residents of the Southwest community in the areas of Spiritual Growth, Trust and Safety. On October 6, Pastor Peter Spann of Carron Baptist Church joined church members along with Officer L. Boone and other officers of the 1st District to pass out lunches and personal toiletry gift bags and socks to neighbors in need.
